About this role

Kelso Industries' FabLogix division is in a growth phase and needs a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build out its professional workforce across engineering, project delivery, finance, operations, and leadership functions. You'd own full-cycle recruiting—from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding—working directly with FabLogix leaders to understand their hiring needs and translate those into targeted strategies. This means sourcing specialized talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and direct outreach; screening and assessing candidates; coordinating interviews; and maintaining accurate tracking in the applicant tracking system.

The role requires at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or operations, plus a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. You should be comfortable managing multiple professional requisitions at once, advising hiring managers on selection decisions, and adjusting your approach as business priorities shift. Experience with Workday or similar enterprise systems is a plus, as is familiarity with prefabrication, MEP operations, or recruiting for senior-level roles. The position is hybrid based in Duncan, South Carolina, with regular in-office presence expected.

This is a good fit if you're an organized, consultative recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and wants to partner closely with leadership on workforce planning rather than simply filling openings.
