About this role

Guardz is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales to Managed Service Providers, helping the cybersecurity startup scale its platform for small and medium businesses. You'll own the early sales cycle—researching prospects, building outbound sequences, qualifying leads, and moving them toward closed deals. The role demands strong execution across HubSpot and Outreach, paired with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to director-level contacts and hit defined monthly and quarterly targets.

This position suits someone with one to two years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience who thrives on high-volume prospecting and self-direction. You'll need solid CRM fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the discipline to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in your pipeline. Success here means collaborating daily with sales managers, marketing, and product teams to keep deals moving and contribute to Guardz's growth trajectory as a funded, rapidly expanding cybersecurity player.

The role is hybrid based in Miami, full-time, and best fits a hunter mentality—someone who enjoys the grind of outbound work and wants to build expertise in how MSPs approach cybersecurity.
