About this role

Aspen Contracting is hiring Project Consultants to sell roofing, siding, and gutter restoration services directly to homeowners in Kentucky. You'll conduct property inspections, educate customers about storm damage and insurance restoration, prepare estimates, and shepherd projects from initial consultation through completion. The role is entirely field-based, requiring you to travel throughout your territory, meet with homeowners, and climb ladders to assess damage. While no prior roofing experience is necessary, the company provides comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to get you up to speed.

This is a commission-driven position with uncapped earning potential and W2 employment status. First-year earnings typically range from $60,000 to $160,000 or higher, with pay distributed twice weekly. You'll need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions. Sales experience, customer service background, or construction industry knowledge are preferred but not required; what matters most is being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while building genuine customer relationships.

The role offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and clear pathways into leadership positions. You'll be expected to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed to meet with homeowners.
