About this role
WhiteWater Midstream is launching a new warehouse operation in Ragley, Louisiana, and this role is central to getting it off the ground. You'll own the inventory function from the start—receiving initial stock, designing bin locations, setting up tracking systems in NetSuite and UpKeep, and establishing the organizational standards that will define how the warehouse operates. Beyond the initial buildout, you'll manage ongoing inventory levels, process purchase orders, conduct cycle counts, and serve as the warehouse's main point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
The position demands someone with at least four years of supply chain, procurement, warehouse, or related experience who can balance multiple priorities simultaneously. You'll need a current forklift certification, the physical capability to handle 50-pound loads regularly, and comfort working in a warehouse environment. Proficiency with NetSuite and UpKeep is valuable; familiarity with Excel and general office software rounds out the toolkit. The role also includes periodic travel to other company locations for audits and training, plus support on the office buildout itself.
This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone self-motivated and detail-oriented who thrives in a startup environment where you're building processes from scratch. You'll need strong communication skills to train operations teams and collaborate across departments, along with the integrity and work ethic to manage inventory accuracy independently. WhiteWater offers a standard benefits package including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
