TULEA HEALTH OVERVIEW

At Tulea Health, we are compassionate partners seeking to elevate the infusion experience for patients through collaboration with the health systems that serve them. We create industry-leading Ambulatory Infusion Centers that deliver comfortable, consistent, caring therapy experiences personalized for each patient. Our innovative model does not compete with our health system partners but rather operates under their brand. We provide the financial investment, resources, personnel, supporting technology, and specialized expertise needed to drive success through a performance-oriented partnership model.

The Infusion Navigator communicates with patients, providers, third party payers, and the Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) team throughout the process to ensure appropriate care coordination. We are a rapidly growing organization with future advancement opportunities as we continue to expand.

About this role

Tulea Health operates ambulatory infusion centers in partnership with health systems, and this Patient Navigator role sits at the center of that operation—managing the entire referral-to-treatment pipeline for patients needing infusion therapy. You'd handle insurance verification, prior authorization requests, financial assistance coordination, and ongoing communication with patients, providers, and payers to get people scheduled for care as quickly as possible. The work is detail-oriented and involves juggling multiple stakeholders and systems simultaneously.

The role demands at least two years in patient intake, authorization, billing, or clinical healthcare work, along with solid knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology. You'll need to think critically about coverage issues, communicate clearly across different audiences, and balance independent problem-solving with teamwork. Experience with infusion center software or EMRs is a plus but not required.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Baltimore paying $25–$30 per hour plus a 10% annual performance bonus. Tulea emphasizes a culture centered on quality care and long-term patient relationships rather than volume, and they highlight professional growth opportunities as the organization expands.
