You'd troubleshoot complex control systems across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and mission-critical facilities, perform preventative maintenance and commissioning, and leverage KBS's Digital Operations Center for proactive issue resolution. The role blends hands-on technical work with smart building platform support, including energy optimization, analytics configuration, and integration of HVAC, lighting, and specialty systems.

This position suits someone with at least three years of BAS service experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with control drawings and DDC systems. Experience with platforms like Niagara, Metasys, Desigo, or similar systems is valued, as is knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, networking, and OT cybersecurity. You'd also mentor junior technicians and serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, identifying service opportunities and coordinating across internal teams.

The role offers $35–$45+ per hour depending on experience and certifications, overtime opportunities, performance incentives, and a company vehicle. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-sponsored training. The position is full-time and remote-capable, though field service is central to the work.
