The role emphasizes communicating genuine care and concern while ensuring residents maintain decision-making authority over their own lives.
To qualify, you'll need a valid Michigan RN license, current CPR certification, and at least six months of direct care nursing experience, with long-term care background preferred. You'll also have access to professional development resources and partnerships with local universities.
