Key Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region, with potential overnight travel required, hotel and company vehicle provided.
- Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
- Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

RoofingSource is hiring a Field Advisor in Salt Lake City to handle roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services across a designated region. The role is remote-based but involves substantial travel—weekly trips throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays, all covered by the company through vehicle and hotel provision. You'll perform physically demanding work on rooftops in varying weather, managing tasks like lifting, climbing, and bending while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Success in this position requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, comfort with physical labor, and solid communication skills for client interactions and digital reporting. Familiarity with tools and basic technology (smartphone/tablet use) will serve you well. You'll collaborate with the Field Support team to streamline processes and handle whatever related duties emerge on the job.
The compensation ranges from $18 to $30 per hour.
