About this role
RoofingSource is hiring a Field Advisor in Seattle to handle roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services across a designated region. The role is remote-based but involves significant fieldwork—you'll travel weekly throughout your territory with occasional overnight trips (the company provides a vehicle and covers lodging). The work is physically demanding, requiring you to climb, lift, bend, and work in all weather conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards.
You'll need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, comfort using smartphones and tablets for digital reporting, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients both verbally and in writing. Tool experience is helpful but not required. The position offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company vehicle and phone, all necessary equipment and materials, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and several other perks like pet insurance and HSA/FSA options.
This role suits someone who works well independently in the field, takes safety seriously, and is comfortable with physical labor and regular travel. The salary range is $23–$30 per hour.
