We are currently hiring Manufacturing & Production Technicians to perform general assembly in our Muskogee, OK manufacturing facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast-paced, financially-sound, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

SCHEDULE:
- 1st Shift 5am-1:30pm Monday-Friday
- Occasional mandatory overtime

- Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficient in English

EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

About this role
CaptiveAire's Muskogee manufacturing facility is hiring general assembly technicians to work first shift in a climate-controlled production environment. This role centers on hands-on assembly work performed to established safety and quality standards, with an emphasis on producing neat, repeatable results and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. You'll be part of a team contributing to the production of commercial kitchen ventilation systems for the nation's leading manufacturer in that space.
The position requires physical capability—lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and standing for extended periods—along with proficiency using hand and power tools and basic math skills. The ideal candidate is self-directed, punctual, and communicative, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A background check and drug screen are mandatory, and this is a safety-sensitive role subject to ongoing testing.
