A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the SC Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides / CNA - Certified Nurse Aide :
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's Florence office is hiring a daytime per diem CNA to deliver home health services to patients in the Florence and Marion area. You'd conduct approximately ten visits weekly, assisting clients with activities of daily living, personal care, light housekeeping, vital sign monitoring, and mobility support.
