  • We Invest in You – From CEU stipends and paid CEU days to exclusive internal training events, we’re serious about keeping you sharp—and helping you level up.

  • Perks That Actually Matter – Annual, all-inclusive vacation for two, early wage access, a company car or mileage reimbursement, and full benefits.

  • No Non-Compete – We don’t believe in holding people back. If we’re not the right long-term fit, you’ll still leave better prepared for your next step.

About this role

Centria Autism is looking for a BCBA to lead ABA therapy delivery in their East Lansing center, where the role centers on clinical leadership rather than administrative burden. You'd supervise Behavior Technicians, develop individualized behavior plans grounded in assent-based care, conduct parent training sessions, and use data to drive treatment decisions—all within a purpose-built clinical setting designed to minimize paperwork and operational friction. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus typical monthly bonuses around $1,000, along with meaningful perks including an annual all-inclusive vacation for two, company car or mileage reimbursement, full benefits, CEU stipends, and paid professional development days.

This role suits BCBAs who want predictable caseloads and genuine work-life balance without the last-minute scheduling chaos common in the field. Centria's model prioritizes outcomes over billables and backs you with layered clinical support—Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and a Clinical Excellence Team are available for consultation. The company also invests in your growth, whether that means mentoring newer BCBAs, leading internal training, or moving into leadership positions. Notably, there's no non-compete clause, reflecting the company's stated commitment to not holding people back.

If you're drawn to hands-on clinical work, value mentorship and collaboration, and want a workplace that treats administrative support as essential infrastructure rather than your responsibility, this is worth exploring.
