Qualifications
The Requirements
Active Broker’s license preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; international business or finance preferred
Insurance industry experience: 2-5 years preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of Excel
Proficiency in foreign language(s), a plus

Active insurance license required (or ability to obtain and maintain)

Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging approved AI-enabled and digital tools to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client outcomes.

Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including data privacy, information security, transparency, risk management, and ethical AI use.
Commitment to continuous learning, emerging technologies, and AI adoption initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
