About this role

Netskope is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to build and own the public sector business across Germany. This role demands someone with at least five years of direct experience selling into German federal, state, and municipal government—someone who understands the distinct procurement cycles, framework agreements, and decision-making structures that define this market. You'll prospect and close deals across all three government levels plus public healthcare and education institutions, translating Netskope's cloud security and Zero Trust platforms into solutions that meet Germany's stringent sovereign and regulatory requirements, including BSI IT-Grundschutz and GDPR compliance.

Success here requires both technical depth and political acumen. You'll navigate complex RFP and tender processes, manage EVB-IT framework contracting, and build lasting relationships with public sector CIOs, CISOs, and procurement leaders. Beyond direct sales, you'll cultivate a partner ecosystem of system integrators and regional resellers to expand your reach. The role is based in Germany with full in-office presence, demands fluent German and English, and expects consistent quota attainment in a consultative, high-touch sales environment.

This is a high-visibility position with executive support and an OTE range of €133,000–€243,000. It suits a seasoned enterprise sales professional with a proven track record in cybersecurity or SaaS, pre-existing public sector relationships in Germany, and the independence to drive territory expansion and revenue growth with minimal hand-holding.
