About this role
Leading Rubrik's Enterprise sales effort across ANZ, you'll manage a team of sales executives from a Sydney base while driving pipeline generation and hitting regional targets. This role combines hands-on coaching—working directly with your team on customer calls and forecasting—with strategic responsibility as a key member of the APJ management team. You'll also build and maintain the partner ecosystem to create additional revenue opportunities across the region.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of sales leadership experience managing complex Enterprise deals, ideally with ten-plus years as an individual contributor in SaaS subscription sales. You'll need proven expertise in pipeline generation activities, fluency with MEDDPICC qualification methodology, and a track record in fast-paced, sales-driven organizations. Background in backup, cloud, datacenter, security, or technical sales is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your ability to coach, forecast accurately, and execute against targets while fostering a motivated team culture.
