BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated English-Spanish Bilingual, Employment Specialist/Job Coaches to join our team. In this role, Job Coaches provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings. Job Coaches assist individuals in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing the skills needed to maintain long-term success at work. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment
- Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
- Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
- Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
- Making an impact on the community
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay starting at $18/hr., with weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

- East Charlotte Areas
- North East Charlotte
- Mint Hill, Harrisburg, University, Concord, Matthews, Midland Areas.

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for bilingual Employment Specialists/Job Coaches to work part-time in the Charlotte area, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue and maintain employment in community settings. You'd provide one-on-one coaching to help clients explore career interests, build job skills, and succeed long-term at work, while also educating employers about the value and accommodations involved. The role requires at least one year of experience working with IDD populations, a high school diploma, and fluency in English and Spanish.
The position offers flexible scheduling with shifts matched to locations within 30 minutes of your home, starting at $18 per hour with weekly pay.
