  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write and debug code independently
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, animations, and custom development
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom layout troubleshooting
  • Strong command of Marketo, including marketing scripts, form embeds, and tag/tracking functionality
  • Design proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), event tracking, and basic reporting
  • Bonus: experience with OneTrust, Bizzabo, or technical SEO and AI search optimization tools

About this role

Movable Ink is looking for a full-stack web generalist to own the company's global web properties—a role that sits squarely at the intersection of marketing, design, and development. You'd be responsible for everything from day-to-day site maintenance and performance to strategic updates, working with tools like Webflow, WordPress, Marketo, and the Adobe/Figma design suite. This means building and optimizing pages, writing frontend code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, managing marketing scripts and tracking integrations, and translating design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect experiences that millions of visitors encounter.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of generalist web development experience across multiple platforms, with solid proficiency in code and hands-on expertise in Webflow and WordPress. You'll need strong command of Marketo for marketing automation, comfort with GA4 and event tracking, and the ability to work fluently between design tools and development environments. Beyond core technical skills, you'd collaborate with SEO and content teams on technical optimization and emerging AI search practices, and support campaign launches with landing pages, forms, and tag management.

Based in Toronto and working in-office, this full-time role offers a salary range of CAD $77K–$101K plus bonus eligibility and benefits. It's a chance to build deep expertise in modern web tools and AI-driven practices while working at a high-growth SaaS company with a global footprint.
