About this role
Headkount is recruiting energetic skincare enthusiasts to staff in-store Naturium promotional events at Ulta Beauty locations in Portland throughout October and November. This is freelance, event-based work with six-hour shifts on set dates, paying a flat rate of $180–200 per day. You'd choose which dates work for you—whether that's one event or several across the available windows (October 23–24, November 5–7, and November 13–14).
The role centers on engaging Ulta shoppers, recommending Naturium products based on their needs, and driving sales toward the event targets. Success here requires genuine enthusiasm for skincare, a confident and outgoing demeanor, and a track record in beauty retail or skincare sales. You'll need reliable transportation to the store and the ability to bring high energy to a busy retail environment.
