About this role

Acturhire is seeking a Senior Client Advocate for its Charlotte office to lead complex commercial insurance relationships within the real estate sector. This role requires someone with at least 10 years of P&C insurance experience working directly with clients, ideally with a track record managing real estate portfolios or books of business. You'll own the full renewal cycle—from strategy and coverage analysis through placement—while identifying gaps in program design and negotiating creative solutions that address client needs. The position demands strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and models, exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to stakeholders, and the ability to manage conflict and build consensus across internal and external relationships.

Beyond client management, you'll serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members, driving projects and leading change across the organization. Success requires a P&C Insurance License, proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools, and comfort with occasional travel. This is an in-office role in Charlotte, suited to someone with demonstrated leadership experience who thrives in complex, relationship-driven environments and wants to deepen expertise in real estate risk and insurance strategy.

WTW offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement plans with 401(k) and pension options; paid time off and holidays; and flexible working arrangements upon discussion with your recruiter.
