About this role
The Channel Partners team at The Trade Desk is looking for a Senior Trading Specialist to serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of 7–10 internal software vendor clients. You'd own the full relationship lifecycle—from troubleshooting performance issues across Display, Video, Connected TV, Audio, and DOOH channels to consulting partners on platform best practices and new product releases. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and client leadership, requiring you to translate complex platform capabilities into actionable strategies while gathering feedback from partners to inform product improvements.
Success here demands at least six years in ad tech consulting or client-facing roles, with hands-on DSP experience strongly preferred. You'll need fluency in the DSP landscape, strong quantitative skills in Excel and Vertica, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. Experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a plus. The work involves close collaboration across Account Management, Business Development, and Technical Account Management teams, so you should be comfortable operating across silos and building trust with both internal colleagues and external partners.
The position is full-time and based in Denver, with a salary range of $79,400–$145,500. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare with full premium coverage, 401(k) with company match, stock-based compensation eligibility, and generous paid time off starting at 120 hours annually.
