About this role
Supporting the President and COO at Sphere Entertainment means thriving in a role where your calendar management, problem-solving, and judgment are as critical as your administrative execution. You'll operate with significant autonomy in an environment where priorities shift hourly, requiring you to anticipate conflicts before they happen, pivot seamlessly between strategic and logistical work, and maintain composure under constant pressure. This isn't a traditional administrative role—you're a trusted operational partner who clears roadblocks, manages high-stakes gatekeeping decisions, and ensures leadership has what they need to move forward.
The day-to-day spans proactive schedule optimization across multiple offices, complex expense and payment approvals, designing executive presentations, coordinating last-minute travel logistics, and serving as a liaison across teams to ensure critical information reaches stakeholders with urgency. You'll handle sensitive information with total discretion, work outside standard hours as needed, and be prepared to travel frequently alongside your executives. Success requires at least 10 years of hands-on C-Suite support experience in fast-paced, complex environments—ideally entertainment or technology—combined with genuine resilience, diplomatic tact, and the ability to think several steps ahead.
