Location
Time spent collaborating with other Hudlies in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We're currently prioritizing applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln. - A process optimizer. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, functional close workflows, and Chart of Accounts maintenance, always looking for ways to streamline and scale processes.

About this role
Hudl's Finance team is looking for someone to own the complete global close and consolidation process across a multi-entity, multi-currency organization. In this role, you'd execute month-end and year-end closes, manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency revaluations, and serve as the functional expert on the company's ERP close workflows. You'd also partner with regional controllers across EMEA and APAC, work with tax and legal teams on transfer pricing alignment, and continuously identify ways to automate and scale the close process as the company grows.
This is a hands-on position that requires deep technical expertise in ASC 830, complex consolidation procedures, and Chart of Accounts management. You'll need at least five years of core accounting experience specifically in financial close and multi-entity consolidations, plus strong working knowledge of ERP systems. A CPA and direct experience with Workday consolidation functionality are preferred but not required. The role demands someone detail-oriented, process-focused, and comfortable collaborating across geographically distributed teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain rigorous internal controls.
The position is hybrid and based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with an expectation to spend more time in-office than remote. Hudl offers flexible vacation, company-wide timeout days, a 401(k) match up to 4 percent, comprehensive medical coverage including fertility and family-forming benefits, and an Employee Assistance Program. The salary range is $82,000 to $137,000, with starting offers typically near the middle based on experience and skills.
