About this role
Kaseya is seeking an Account Manager to build and expand relationships within a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized businesses that show strong growth potential. You'll own the full lifecycle of these accounts—from re-engaging customers who've gone quiet to identifying and closing expansion opportunities across Kaseya's IT management and cybersecurity platform. Success means developing tailored account strategies, monitoring product adoption, and consistently hitting revenue targets while working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure customers realize maximum value.
This role suits someone with at least two years in account management or relationship-driven sales, ideally with experience managing SMB or mid-market clients in SaaS or technology. You'll need a commercial mindset, strong forecasting abilities, and comfort with Salesforce. The position is based in Miami and requires in-office presence.
