About this role
Farther Finance is looking for someone to own the operational side of its 401(k) advisory business. In this role, you'd be the central hub connecting advisors, plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and participants—preparing investment committee materials, tracking action items to completion, managing platform implementations, and building the processes that let the team scale. You'd handle everything from fund scorecards and fee benchmarking to compliance documentation, quarterly billing reconciliation, and troubleshooting with recordkeepers and TPAs.
This is a fit if you have at least four years in financial services with three-plus years of direct retirement plan servicing experience at a recordkeeper, TPA, or plan-focused RIA. You'll need hands-on familiarity with major platforms like Fidelity, Empower, or Schwab, solid working knowledge of plan operations and ERISA basics, and strong Excel and CRM skills. The role rewards people who can communicate clearly across multiple stakeholders and who thrive building systems and workflows in a growing environment.
Farther is a venture-backed RIA combining traditional wealth management with fintech, operating on a hybrid basis from Dallas. They offer competitive compensation, health benefits, 401(k) matching, and unlimited PTO—plus the chance to shape how their 401(k) services grow.
