🌍 Your Purpose

As our Business Development Specialist, you help grow Dynamic’s customer base by opening doors with enterprise and data center companies. You research prospects, start meaningful conversations, and turn interest into qualified opportunities for our sales team. Along the way, you support proposals and RFPs, keep our CRM data accurate, and coordinate key sales support activities. Your persistence, organization, and drive help build a strong pipeline and move new business forward.

💪 What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Prospect new business every day through email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels to keep a strong sales funnel. Research target accounts and decision-makers, uncover their IT asset disposition and recycling needs, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond quickly to inbound leads from the website, marketing campaigns and conferences. Qualify each one and route it to the right sales or customer experience team member, so that no opportunity is missed.
  • Proposal & RFP Support: Find and pursue new RFP/RFI opportunities. Work with sales and various internal teams to develop accurate, professional proposals that meet every deadline, for both new business and contract renewals.
  • CRM Management & Sales Support: Log all prospecting activity, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce accurately and on time. Help with CRM data quality and pipeline reporting, and provide administrative support such as customer visits, supplier registrations, and sales collateral preparation.

🎓 What You Bring (Briefcase)

  • A foundation in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, with a track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
  • A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field—or hands-on sales experience that provides a comparable foundation.
  • Familiarity with IT asset disposition and electronics recycling is a plus.

🧠 Skills & Abilities (Head)

  • Confident prospecting: You communicate effectively by phone and in writing, start conversations, handle objections, and turn interest into qualified meetings.
  • CRM proficiency: You’re comfortable using Salesforce or a similar CRM and consistently track activity, contacts, and pipeline information.
  • Proposal development: You can help create accurate, compelling sales proposals and RFP responses while meeting deadlines.
  • Organization and self-motivation: You manage a high volume of outreach, prioritize your time, and work toward goals with little supervision.
  • Industry curiosity: You’re eager to learn about ITAD and electronics recycling so you can speak credibly with prospects about their needs.

❤️ Who You Are (Heart)

You’re curious, persistent, and energized by making connections. You take ownership of your goals, follow through on commitments, and approach each conversation with a desire to understand and help. You stay positive when outreach takes patience, welcome opportunities to learn, and take pride in the details that help your team succeed.
