About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Speech Therapist to deliver early intervention and pediatric services across Delaware, working in homes, childcare centers, and community spaces. You'd use a coaching-based approach to partner with families, helping caregivers support their children's speech and language development in natural environments rather than clinical settings. The role involves electronic documentation and completing weekly scheduled visits, with flexibility to set your own schedule and choose your geographic coverage area.
The position offers competitive compensation at up to $80 per visit, weekly pay, and a travel stipend, along with benefits including PTO, a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. BAYADA provides substantial clinical support—paid orientation, comprehensive onboarding, bi-annual continuing education reimbursement, and 24/7 access to experienced clinicians. This would suit someone with an active ST license who values family-centered care and wants flexibility; prior birth-to-five or home care experience is preferred but not required.
