About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's SEAL team in the Twin Cities is looking for an LPN to join a specialized group handling medically complex cases across the Maple Grove area. You'd work full-time with scheduling flexibility, floating between client homes to fill urgent staffing needs, take on new referrals, and support the team's goal of providing care up to 24/7. The role offers higher pay and enhanced benefits in exchange for your willingness to travel within the service area and adapt to varying acuity levels.
The position suits an LPN with home care experience who's comfortable working across age groups—from infants and pediatrics to adults—and managing complex care like tracheostomy, ventilator, and IV support. You'd also mentor newly onboarded nurses and potentially attend school with pediatric clients. BAYADA emphasizes a culture centered on helping people maintain safe, independent, dignified home life, and they offer standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and weekly pay.
