Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Pay: RN NRP pay starts at $30/hour then $33-$43/hour after.

About this role
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program in Dover offers new graduates a structured entry into home health nursing with genuine support built in. The program is the only accredited paid residency for new RNs in home care, meaning you'll receive in-depth training from day one alongside one-on-one clinical mentorship from experienced managers. The role requires a current U.S. nursing license and CPR certification. Starting pay is $30 per hour during the residency phase, then $33–$43 per hour afterward, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
