Per Diem - Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for per diem work providing pediatric therapy during after-school hours in the Townsend, Delaware area. The role offers substantial scheduling flexibility—you choose your availability and geographic coverage area while building a consistent caseload around your existing commitments. You'll deliver individualized treatment to school-age children, developing plans focused on strength, balance, coordination, and functional skills, while coordinating with parents and care team members in a child-centered environment.

The position compensates up to $85 per visit with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and access to benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, and medical/dental/vision coverage if eligible.
