Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Pay: LPN NRP pay starts at $27/hour first 6 weeks,$30-$40/hour after 90 days.

About this role
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program offers newly licensed LPNs a structured entry into home health care with the backing of an ANCC-accredited program—the only one of its kind in the home care sector. You'll work one-on-one with patients across all ages and diagnoses while receiving in-depth paid training from day one and around-the-clock clinical support. The role is based in Milford, Delaware, with flexible scheduling and a short commute, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus plus access to award-winning simulation labs to build your confidence before and during practice.
Compensation starts at $27 per hour for the first six weeks, then moves to $30–$40 per hour after 90 days, with weekly pay and electronic charting via Statewise. Beyond base pay, BAYADA provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, preventive care for all employees, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) match. The organization also qualifies as a Public Service Loan Forgiveness partner.
You'll need a current valid LPN license and CPR certification in good standing. This role suits someone ready to develop clinical skills in a supported environment and explore different patient populations and care settings within home health.
