About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver feeding therapy services to infants and toddlers in the Georgetown, Delaware area. The role is part-time, based in-office, and structured around feeding visits rather than traditional hourly shifts—you'll complete either 18 visits per week or take on per diem work at 5 visits weekly, with the flexibility to set your own schedule within your availability. You'll work directly with families in their homes, teaching safe feeding techniques and using electronic documentation to track progress.

The position calls for active licensure and hands-on experience with infant and toddler feeding; NICU feeding therapy background is preferred but not required. You'll have access to comprehensive training, a paid orientation, 24/7 clinical support, and continuing education scholarships to develop your skills. BAYADA pairs competitive pay—up to $85 per visit—with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K match, travel stipends, PTO, and an Employee Assistance Program. The organization emphasizes ongoing learning and collaboration with other clinicians, supported by dedicated office staff.

This role suits an SLP seeking autonomy over their schedule without sacrificing professional support or benefits. If you have feeding therapy experience and want to work with very young children in a home-based setting with genuine flexibility, it's worth exploring.
