About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring part-time physical therapists to deliver early intervention and pediatric services across Delaware. You'd work with families in their homes and community settings—childcare centers, playgrounds, libraries—using a coaching-based approach to empower caregivers and support child development. The role involves electronic documentation and typically 25+ visits per week for part-time positions, with flexibility to set your own schedule and choose your geographic coverage area.
The compensation is up to $80 per visit with weekly pay and a travel stipend. Beyond the base rate, BAYADA offers PTO, a 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. You'll receive paid orientation, comprehensive onboarding, bi-annual continuing education reimbursement, and access to 24/7 clinical support from a dedicated team of experienced clinicians.
This role suits PTs with an active license who are drawn to family-centered, community-based care. Prior experience in birth-to-five services or home health is preferred but not required. BAYADA, a nonprofit with 50 years in the field, emphasizes clinical support and professional development alongside the scheduling flexibility that appeals to many therapists.
