About this role

Woolpert's GeoMap Data Engineer role supports the Department of the Air Force GeoBase program from San Antonio, working mostly on-site at Lackland Air Force Base with one remote day per week. You'll also need Oracle and other relational database knowledge, SQL proficiency, and fluency with geospatial data standards like SDSFIE. Beyond technical chops, the role requires strong communication skills to translate complex issues for leadership, attention to detail for data quality, and the ability to work both independently and within Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance (or higher), and current CompTIA Security+ certification; visa sponsorship is not available. Salary ranges from $87,100 to $108,900.
