About this role
RISE Association Management Group is seeking an On-Site General Manager to lead operations at Alamo Ranch, a 1,750-home community in San Antonio. You'll be the central hub connecting the Board, residents, and vendors—managing everything from daily property inspections and work order tracking to financial oversight, vendor coordination, and amenity access. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on community management: you'll supervise on-site staff, handle front desk duties, process invoices, prepare weekly Board reports, and resolve resident concerns directly.
The position calls for someone with at least one year in association management, property management, or customer service, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software like CINC WebAxis. You'll need strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with HOA governing documents and state regulations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining positive resident relationships. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though a high school diploma is the minimum requirement.
This role offers $65,000 annually and suits someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment where problem-solving and service excellence are central to the job. If you're comfortable balancing administrative work with front-line resident interaction and want to be the operational backbone of a large community, this could be a strong fit.
