About this role
At SoFi Tech Solutions, this Business Analyst role bridges operations and technology for the Disputes Central and Fraud Central platforms—critical systems that handle cardholder disputes and fraud detection for major fintech clients. You'd work across multiple teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, clients, and partners) to keep these platforms running smoothly, troubleshoot production issues, and drive improvements. The work spans hands-on support like root cause analysis and ticket management through to strategic activities like requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and release coordination.
The ideal candidate has a background as a Business Analyst or similar role and can translate business needs into technical solutions while managing competing priorities. You'll need strong analytical and communication skills, experience with UAT and defect management, and comfort working with tools like Snowflake, Pega, and Salesforce. Financial services or payments experience is preferred but not required; what matters more is your ability to think systematically about problems, document processes clearly, and coordinate effectively across business and technical stakeholders.
