About this role

CP Group's Atlanta office is seeking a Property Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of their property management team. You'd handle a mix of front-office duties—greeting visitors, managing phones and mail—alongside critical back-office work like invoice processing in Nexus, work order tracking, and accounts payable and receivable follow-up. The role bridges tenant relations and internal operations, meaning you'd field service requests, coordinate with maintenance vendors, and help resolve issues that keep properties running smoothly.

This position suits someone with commercial property management experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to customer service. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, familiarity with work orders and certificates of insurance, and the resourcefulness to problem-solve when obstacles arise. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The role is full-time and in-office in Atlanta, offering a competitive benefits package that includes unlimited vacation, company-paid life and disability insurance, subsidized medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) match.
