About this role
Supporting federal financial operations requires someone comfortable bridging business processes and technical systems. Dynamis is hiring a Business Process & Change Management Analyst to manage the Cost Management Module on the FileOnQ platform for ICE's Customer Service Operations. You'd own change and release management with ICE's technology team, coordinate annual billing model reviews across multiple stakeholders, maintain the program's SharePoint repository and documentation standards, and develop the SOPs and training materials that keep operations auditable and consistent. The role also includes backing up monthly billing cycles during peak periods and supporting recurring program meetings.
This is a mid-level contract position suited to someone with 3–6 years in federal change management and SDLC documentation. You'll need strong technical writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, working knowledge of JIRA, and the ability to gather requirements and write use cases. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, IT, or a related field is required, along with U.S. citizenship and eligibility for an ICE suitability determination. Experience with federal financial systems, activity-based costing, or records management is preferred but not essential.
The salary range is $105,000–$120,000, based in Washington, DC, and requires in-office work. If you have federal sector change management experience and are comfortable with both process documentation and stakeholder coordination across finance and technology teams, this role offers clear responsibility and the chance to directly support a high-stakes government operation.
