- Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-employment processes through close.
- Maintain accurate data and compliance in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).

About this role
Apptronik, a robotics company building AI-powered humanoid robots for manufacturing, logistics, and beyond, is looking for an experienced full-cycle recruiter to support hiring across technical and corporate roles on a six-month contract basis in Austin. You'd own searches from intake through offer acceptance, working as a strategic partner to hiring managers rather than simply filling requisitions. This means understanding business needs, advising on hiring strategy and market realities, and managing multiple searches of varying complexity and seniority simultaneously.
The role demands hands-on sourcing—building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and direct outreach—combined with screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You'll run intake and debrief sessions with hiring managers, maintain active candidate pipelines with a high-touch approach, and keep stakeholders informed with regular, data-driven updates on pipeline health and market conditions. Success requires proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, strong business acumen, and the ability to push back constructively on hiring plans.
You should have at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting mixed technical and non-technical teams in a product-focused, high-growth environment, with a proven track record closing complex senior-level and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is a clear, proactive communicator who builds trusted partnerships with leadership, adapts quickly to competing priorities, and embodies curiosity, humility, integrity, passion, and creativity.
