About this role
AOTI is recruiting independent contractors in Billings to deliver and support its TWO2 wound therapy equipment in patients' homes. The work involves equipment delivery and setup, patient education on therapy use, retrieving equipment when treatment concludes, and documenting all activities through AOTI's systems. You'll also handle basic equipment maintenance, flag any patient or equipment concerns to the clinical team, and help ensure patients stay engaged with their prescribed treatment. The role is field-based and entirely within your assigned territory.
This is a 1099 contract position with compensation of $200 per delivery-and-setup visit and $200 per equipment retrieval. You'll need a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle with insurance, and the ability to safely transport medical equipment. Prior experience in home healthcare, medical equipment support, or patient-facing healthcare roles is preferred, as is comfort with mobile and web-based documentation tools. The work demands independence, strong organizational skills, and genuine ability to communicate with patients and their caregivers in a professional manner.
The opportunity suits someone who prefers flexible scheduling and field-based work over a traditional office environment, and who is comfortable managing their own business taxes, insurance, and expenses. You must maintain all required licenses and comply with privacy laws. If you're self-motivated, have reliable transportation, and are drawn to supporting patients with complex wound care, this could be a good fit.
