You'd supervise field technicians, manage daily task assignments, and serve as the primary liaison between field teams and senior leadership. The role requires hands-on expertise in fiber splicing, termination, and testing using industry-standard diagnostic tools, alongside responsibility for troubleshooting network issues, conducting site surveys, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
