About this role
Trilon Group's Corporate Development team is actively executing deals across infrastructure consulting, and this analyst role puts you on the execution side of that work. You'll support transactions from initial evaluation through closing and integration, building financial models, analyzing operational data, and preparing materials for investment decisions. Working directly with a Corporate Development Vice President, you'll have structured mentorship from experienced investors and operators, with increasing deal ownership as your capabilities grow.
This role suits someone with a technical foundation in finance or M&A—whether from prior internships, analyst roles, or relevant coursework—who wants hands-on exposure to the full deal lifecycle and closer access to senior decision-makers. You'll need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfort with financial statement analysis and valuation concepts, and the ability to think critically about complex business problems. The in-office requirement in Denver means regular presence at Trilon's downtown office.
The position offers a clear path to greater responsibility within an active M&A practice at a growing firm. Trilon comprises over 5,500 staff across the US and is backed by Alpine Investors, a PEI firm focused on people-first investing. The base salary range is $90,000–$100,000.
