About this role

Hanwha Convergence USA is building out electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for a major semiconductor fabrication facility and needs an experienced field construction manager to lead the effort. You would oversee crews executing cable tray, conduit, cable pulling, termination, field instrumentation, and loop checks—coordinating daily workface execution across foremen, technicians, and subcontractors while managing schedules, quantities, and quality against project targets. The role splits between hands-on crew supervision and technical coordination with the Site Manager, HCU support teams, Korean-speaking client partners, QA/QC, and design, with responsibility for identifying conflicts, material readiness, and field-level problem-solving.

This position calls for 15+ years in industrial or semiconductor electrical and I&C construction, with proven crew leadership experience and deep familiarity with FAB-specific installation methods, FMCS/SCADA systems, and pre-commissioning work. You'll need to read I&C and electrical drawings fluently, understand semiconductor site constraints, and be fluent in Korean to coordinate effectively with the client team. The role requires relocation to either Indiana or Philadelphia depending on assignment, and the company will sponsor a U.S. work visa. OSHA 30 certification and prior FAB experience are preferred. Work is primarily on-site at the project location.
