About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an Occupational Therapist to deliver early intervention and pediatric services across Delaware, working with children from birth to five in their natural environments—homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and community spaces. You'll use a coaching-based approach to partner with families, equipping caregivers with practical strategies to support their child's development while handling electronic documentation for each visit.

The role offers genuine flexibility: you set your own schedule and choose your geographic coverage area, with options for part-time (25+ visits per week) or per diem (5 visits per week) arrangements. Compensation reaches up to $80 per visit based on experience, plus weekly pay, travel stipend, PTO, 401(k) matching, and medical/dental/vision coverage. BAYADA provides paid orientation, ongoing professional development, bi-annual continuing education reimbursement, and 24/7 clinical support from a dedicated team.

You'll need an active OT license in good standing; prior birth-to-five or home care experience is preferred but not required. This role suits therapists drawn to family-centered, community-based practice who value autonomy in scheduling and want clinical support without the overhead of managing their own caseload.
