About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an Occupational Therapist to deliver early intervention and pediatric services across the Hockessin-to-Wilmington area of Delaware. You'd work part-time on a flexible schedule you control, conducting therapy visits in natural settings—homes, childcare centers, playgrounds, and community spaces—where you'd coach families and empower caregivers to support their child's development using a family-centered approach. The role involves electronic documentation and typically 25+ visits per week for those seeking part-time hours.

The position offers competitive compensation at up to $80 per visit, weekly pay, a travel stipend, and genuine clinical support including a dedicated office team, 24/7 access to experienced clinicians, paid orientation, and bi-annual continuing education reimbursement. Part-time staff also receive PTO, 401(k) matching, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. BAYADA emphasizes flexibility and impact as core reasons therapists stay with the organization.

You'll need an active OT license in good standing; prior experience in birth-to-five services or home care is preferred but not stated as required. This role suits someone drawn to community-based, family-centered practice who values scheduling autonomy and wants clinical backing while working in the field.
