About this role
DTCC's Infrastructure Services Delivery Senior Associate role sits at the intersection of project management and operational stability, requiring someone who can shepherd enterprise infrastructure initiatives from conception through closure while keeping day-to-day services running smoothly. You'll coordinate across technical teams, business units, vendors, and security functions to align projects and services with organizational strategy and service commitments. The work spans both planned initiatives—developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans—and reactive support, including monitoring service performance, escalating incidents, and managing risks and dependencies as they emerge.
This position suits someone with a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) who has worked in complex, cross-functional environments supporting enterprise infrastructure. You should have working knowledge of at least some infrastructure domains—networks, compute, cloud, storage, data centers, or similar—along with solid project management fundamentals and familiarity with IT service management practices like incident management and change control. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential; relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or Agile are preferred but not required.
The role is based in Tampa, Florida, with a hybrid arrangement of three days onsite and two remote. DTCC offers competitive base pay plus annual incentive, comprehensive health and life insurance, pension benefits, and flexible paid time off.
