You'd work part-time (25+ visits weekly) or per diem (5 visits weekly), earning up to $80 per visit, with weekly pay and a travel stipend included.
The role centers on coaching families and empowering caregivers to support their child's development using a family-centered approach. You'll work with children from birth to five, completing electronic documentation for each visit and collaborating with an experienced clinical team. BAYADA provides substantial support through paid orientation, comprehensive onboarding, bi-annual continuing education reimbursement, and 24/7 clinical backup.
You'll need an active OT license in good standing; prior birth-to-five or home care experience is preferred. Beyond competitive pay, benefits include a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and an Employee Assistance Program. This is a good fit if you value autonomy in scheduling, want to work directly with families in their own environments, and prefer the backing of an established nonprofit with deep clinical resources.
