About this role

In-Telecom is looking for someone who can wear two hats: advising SMB and mid-market clients on their IT strategy while also designing and selling cloud solutions. You'd work closely with customer success managers to build multi-year technology roadmaps, conduct infrastructure assessments, and lead quarterly business reviews—the advisory side of the role. At the same time, you'd be designing Azure migrations and SharePoint implementations, writing proposals, and supporting proof-of-concept deployments. It's a blend of executive-level consulting and hands-on technical presales.

The role demands deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and SharePoint Online, along with a broad foundation in infrastructure, networking, and security. You'd need at least seven years in an MSP, consulting, or vCIO environment, with proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language for C-suite conversations. Azure certifications (particularly AZ-305 and AZ-104) and familiarity with compliance frameworks like CMMC and HIPAA are expected; experience with platforms like Connectwise, Hudu, or ImmyBot is a plus.

This is an in-office role in Louisiana suited to someone who thrives in a hybrid advisory-and-sales function, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and stays current with Microsoft's cloud and collaboration stack. The position offers standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k.
