Leasing Consultant Pay: Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $21/hour - equivalent to $43,680 salary - and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with your team)
- Sundays: Closed
What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home.
In this role, you'll:
- Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours
- Build relationships with current and future residents
- Help guide applicants through the leasing process
- Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Leasing Consultant for their Bexley Stockyards community in Nashville's Germantown area. This is an active, people-focused role where you'll welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, guide applicants through leasing, and help build community relationships. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, plus rotating Saturdays until 5 PM, spending your time both indoors and outdoors walking the community and collaborating with your team on leasing goals and customer service.
