About this role

Morgan & Morgan is looking for someone to enter their personal injury practice as a Case Manager in Training—a role designed as a structured pathway into a permanent case management position. You'll work on rotation across the Phoenix office, shadowing experienced case managers while handling core paralegal tasks: ordering medical records, assembling settlement demands, investigating case facts, and preparing the documentation needed to move cases toward resolution. This is a floater role, so you'll support multiple attorneys and staff members, which means exposure to different practice areas and working styles.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and one to two years of administrative, insurance, or legal support experience. You'll need strong organizational skills, comfort with Microsoft Office and legal databases, and the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail. Solid written and verbal communication are essential, as is a genuine willingness to learn from the people around you. The starting wage is $20 per hour, and full-time employees receive medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Note that despite the remote work arrangement listed in the header, the job description states this position is not remote eligible and requires in-person work in Phoenix.
