About this role
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis is designed specifically for newly licensed LPNs ready to transition from school to practice. You'll earn $25–$27 per hour (plus shift differentials) while completing a structured, paid training program that pairs hands-on experience with 1:1 mentorship and 24/7 clinical support. The program is ANCC-accredited and includes access to award-winning simulation labs, giving you a formal pathway to build competence at your own pace rather than being thrown into the deep end.
The role offers genuine flexibility: you can choose between daytime or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks, working across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas in home health settings. Full-time employment (36+ hours weekly) includes weekly pay, PTO, and a solid benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. If you refer other nurses, you'll also earn $1,200 bonuses.
